peeling paint lack of storage
the breakfast was okay, i guess. it was very much the SAME every day.
The rooms. oh boy, they were disappointing. the lack of STORAGE for clothes was a joke. Five hangers and two drawers for almost a week? REALLY? plus, the peeling paint on the balcony wasn't exactly a five-star welcome. it felt more like a tired three-star trying too hard.

I loved the swimming pools. They are very nice. the gardens were fantastic. the breakfast was very nice!!! the staff are so friendly and helpful. eddie from reception was very cute and helped a lot.
the air conditioning in my room was a little too loud, slightly difficult to sleep sometimes. a minor inconvenience, but otherwise, my stay was perfect!

my room had a lovely view from the balcony. it faced the resort and the sea. it was very spacious and comfortable. the room included several pillow options.

I stayed in a family connecting beautiful terrace. the room was spacious, and it easily accommodated my family. the terrace provided ample space. It overlooked well-kept gardens.
The gym equipment seemed a little dated. It could use some upgrades.

mixed experience at best
inadequate water pressure excessively firm beds
the lack of clear information regarding transfer arrangements was frustrating i asked for transfers to the hotel but the pay link did not work this left me stranded at the airport with my children i also found that the beds are excessively firm sleeping on them reminded me of sleeping on concrete with minimal padding the water pressure in the shower was also inadequate making it difficult to shower properly
